  6. Arrange Property Showing.
  7. Provide Cooperative Market Analyses (CMA) of selected property.
  8. Research tax records and obtain utility providers for selected home.
  9. Submit offer to seller and negotiate the price.
  10. Follow through the offer process and constantly update buyer on progress.
  11. Schedule home inspection and recommend insurance companies.
  12. Review the final documents and work closely with Title Company.
  13. Participate in final walk-through.
  14. Support buyer during the escrow and title search process.
  15. Handover keys, and follow up with buyer after move in.
